An award-winning expert in solving complex business and legal challenges, at Castillo Corporate Counsel, Andre leads teams of skilled attorneys and professionals across the country on high-stakes business and legal matters. Prior to founding the firm, Andre won multiple awards, including a national public service award, for his successful turnarounds of national programs in the U.S. federal government.
Since then, Andre has leveraged his national leadership experience and knack for solving complex challenges in high-stakes environments to help launch and kick-start the growth of numerous businesses, where he has helped lead their successful negotiations with Fortune 500 companies, high profile investors, and large government agencies.
Andre graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, earned his M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies where he was awarded the prestigious U.S. Presidential Management Fellowship, and graduated second in his class from California State University San Bernardino. In each stop, Andre has won numerous national and international collegiate awards, in addition to scoring in the 99th percentile on the LSAT, 94th percentile on the GRE, and ~95th percentile on the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE).
